My internship at JustBite was definitely a success. On my first day, Kevin and Aitor welcomed me with open arms and I even got a lovely onboarding gift box. In short, I felt at ease right away and truly part of the team! It was a great start to a hugely educational internship!
I also got the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and skills in different areas. I received clear guidance for every task so I could carry them out independently. That meant I got to plan my own schedule, which came with extra responsibility. I just had to make sure there was clear progress by the next check-in.
My tasks were also really varied and ideal for an intern looking for an all-round experience. It was a mix of general marketing and digital marketing. For example, I got to help Kevin put together the Easter campaigns for both Google Ads and Facebook advertising.
I was also given full responsibility for all social media channels (organic) and the monthly newsletters (email marketing), which I put together using Active Host. On top of that, I got the chance to put my photo and video editing skills to use again. I even had the opportunity to carry out a complete SEO analysis of the website and implement all the recommendations.
Kevin also gave me access to online courses that gave me useful tips and tricks for certain tasks. And finally, I got to work with several marketing tools I'd never even heard of before.

These feedback moments and status calls with Kevin & Aitor also contributed a great deal to my learning process within the company.
