For deliveries in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, a minimum order amount of €250 applies for free delivery. For orders below this amount, we charge €15 shipping costs.
For all other European countries, there's no minimum order amount. Shipping costs are calculated after ordering, based on product mix, weight and region. Shipping only starts after your approval.
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany within an average of 1 to 3 working days.
For other European countries, we deliver on request, always within 3 to 7 working days.

No. The wholesale portal is an ordering platform, not a payment platform. After placing your order, you'll receive an invoice and can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or other common payment methods.
