In Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and beyond. To one central office or straight to multiple locations, you choose.
That's entirely up to you. In the shop, you order whenever it suits you, and we always deliver within our standard delivery time. With a subscription, you'll automatically get a new box every month.
Nope. In the shop you order individually, without a subscription. If you do choose a plan, you commit for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. At the end of that period, you can increase, decrease, pause or stop.
Yes. We deliver where and whenever you want: through a subscription, through the shop or a combination of both. For example, a subscription for your head office and ordering extra yourself for a smaller branch.
With a subscription, delivery is always included. In the shop, delivery is free for orders above €250 in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany. For other countries, we work with a tailored rate, which we share based on the chosen products, weight and location.
Yes. After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link that lets you track your package. We also track every shipment ourselves.
Let us know and we'll sort it out. We replace damaged or incorrect deliveries, no questions asked.
At least three months. Most products stay fresh a lot longer than that, depending on the type of snack or drink.
