Challenge
How do you create relevant moments that make the customer experience memorable?
Solution
We created a branded box per concept (Master Your Energy, KeepMoving) that can be used by all Energy Lab customers in the different phases of a program: during the kick-off, for an energy boost during the program, or as a reward/incentive afterwards.
There are different types of boxes for every budget that the customer can choose from. Just snacks & drinks or supplemented with custom gadgets: Whoop Digital Fitness & Health coach, Stretch band & custom snacks + drinks.
