During my internship at JustBite, I had the opportunity to work in a very diverse environment. I study International Business, and it was precisely this variety that made this internship so interesting for me. No two days were the same, which allowed me to learn a great deal.
A warm welcome in a close-knit team
From day one, I was warmly welcomed by the team. The big advantage of a startup? You really get to know both the company and the people behind it. The atmosphere was close and pleasant. I also interned alongside Lukas, which allowed us to regularly collaborate on various tasks and projects.
A broad range of tasks
My responsibilities were very varied. I mainly contributed to content creation but also helped with newsletters, translations, research, the new website, and automations. I even had the chance to assist with setting up the new phone network. One of the most surprising experiences was helping with the expansion of the warehouse, which immediately shows how broad my internship really was.
Tools and technical growth
During my internship, I worked with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Teamleader, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and various AI integrations. This not only helped me develop technical skills but also gave me insight into how a startup operates daily and the many different aspects involved.
Working independently with the right support
What I especially appreciated was the balance between working independently and receiving support. I was given a lot of trust to handle things on my own but also knew I could always turn to someone with questions. This made it an ideal environment to grow and gain experience.
To future interns: if you enjoy a lot of variety and want to learn how a startup really works, JustBite is definitely recommended. Finally, I want to thank the entire team for the warm welcome and guidance. This internship was a valuable learning experience that I will not soon forget.
